Try some Spaghetti Squash!!


Low in calories, carbs, and way better than rubbery rotten fish!
8 effective carbs per serving and about 40 calories.

  1. I think I will give that a try. Thanks =) I feel like I'm about to fall off the wagon. Mike and I have been trying sooo to keep to low cal and way low fat. I mean like under 7 grams of fat a day. It worked like a charm the first week but not so much this week. 8 pounds the first week end this week I seem to have gained it all back while doing the same thing. how is that fair????
