What a pain

Day four was So easy I was sure I was on my way. Now it turns out I have pulled my groin while doing no more then I normally would. Then to top it off I walked 1.5 miles to really upset it. However none the less I have lost 6 pounds and .5% bodyfat. Maybe all I needed was a goal all along. So day five may turn out to suck. But at least I get to lay in bed and no one can complain about it.
