Little loss little gain

Well after enjoying my burger and half the bun plus half the dinner roll I lost 0 pounds however I have now lost one percent body fat. It seems I'm doing somthing right. I'm still very excited about getting preg. so I hope that I can keep up the good work for a while longer. My goal it to be 195 before my third month. At least that way if I gain 25 with the baby I won't weight any more then I did to start with.
