Day 1-4

Starting a diet is normaly as far as i ever get. However now i have now i have a goal, a pourpose, a reason to go beyond the start to move toward results. The first two days I did fine. Day three was hard. I was so hungrey and really wanted bread. It makes it harder to be good when mike can have anything he wants. Even though he needs to lose weight also, he has no goal. I am really ready to add a new baby to our family, and i will make this work. I Started at 219 pounds. today im at 215 so change here I come.
